t’s the first step in the certificate verification process. This stage of legalisation can be completed by the notary, the university from whence the documents were issued, or the Chamber of Commerce in the case of commercial documents, depending on the requirements.
State Attestation:
The legalization of state certificate is handled by three separate institutions, according on the document type requirements. The State Home Department (SHD), the Human Resource Department (HRD), and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate are the three departments in question (SDM).
